赵泽君个人简介

赵泽君,男,山西人,英美文学学士、法学博士,民革党员,现为365bet即时比分教授,硕士和博士生导师,兼职律师,(2015.2-2016.2)美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学(Washington University in St.Louis)法学院访问学者。

学历:

1982年9月至1986年7月,在山西大学外语系学习英语专业,获英美文学学士,1986年9月至1989年7月,在西南政法大学学习民事诉讼法专业,获法学硕士学位,2004年9月至2007年7月,在西南政法大学学习诉讼法专业,获法学博士学位。

经历:

1989年7月至1993年9月,在重庆市九龙坡区法院从事审判工作,1993年8月至1995年6月,在北海保税区筹建办法规部工作,1995年6月至2001年6月,在北海市涉外经济律师事务所从事专职律师,2001年6月至2006年6月,在中北大学法学系从事教学科研工作,并被投票选举担任中北大学法学系教研室主任、中北大学法学系实验中心主任等职。2006年6月至今,在365bet即时比分从事教学科研工作。2012年至2013年在重庆市人民检察院第一分院挂职。2015年2月至2016年2月在美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学(Washington University in St.Louis)法学院做访问学者。

曾兼任的工作

太原科技大学法学院兼职硕士生导师、中北大学法学系教研室主任、中北大学法学系实验中心主任等职。

奖励

1992年7月17日获年重庆市全市法院系统调研工作先进个人,1994年2月16日获北海保税区筹建办优秀工作者,2005年12月获2004-2005学年西南政法大学优秀学生二等奖。2011年12月被民革重庆市渝北区委评为2011年度优秀党员。

曾担任的教学课程

刑法学、民事诉讼法学、民法学、刑事诉讼法、司法文书写作、律师学、法律基础、法律英语等。

主要研究领域:

民事诉讼法学、证据法学、司法制度、律师学等。

公开发表和出版的主要论文和专著、教材以及主持和承担的课题等:

在《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《政法论坛》、《现代法学》、《法律适用》等学术期刊发表论文数四十余篇,有的被《人大复印报刊资料》全文转载。出版专著有《民事诉讼规则疑难问题例说》、《民事争点整理程序研究——以我国审前准备程序的现状与改革为背景》、《民事诉讼快速解决机制的立法研究——以诉讼拖延的成因与治理为视角》以及《律师实务英语——涉外律师执业必备》等,参编《民事诉讼法实施问题研究》、《民事诉讼法学》(普通高等教育“十一五”国家规划教材)、《民事诉讼法·涉外与仲裁篇》(21世纪民事诉讼法学前沿系列)等多部著作和教材,主持省部级课题研究多项、参与省部级课题研究多项。
